MS65+ I just looked at one of these last week and landed on VAM-9. This one may be as well.

It is right on the border, but I am going to take the leap, based on eye appeal--MS 66. Beautiful, lusterous coin.

Ok. I was waiting until 5:00pm Pacific. It's close enough.

It's yet another NGC old fattie. I swear these things just keep calling out to me. :) I snagged it in a true auction on eBay for $72.00 plus $5.00 shipping. The seller had very good pictures and I was surprised it did not get bid up to $90.00 or more.

Huh, that seems slightly undergraded by today's standards. Perfectly CACable.

Yup, it's got a full hologram (LOL) and I like the style of holder. This one is for sure going to take a trip to CAC. :) I think it's a solid 65 by today's standards.

Just think Mr Jet Lee, if you stop flipping these . You could have the market cornered in no time.

LOL... The only ones I'm flipping are the ones I'm not so hot on. This one though is a keeper. It's weird that these old NGC coins keep coming my way. I look at the PCGS and NGC, so far, I'm liking the older NGC. I think most of the good old PCGS coins have been cracked and resubmitted or crossed.

Plus I love that you can usually buy NGC coins for a slight discount to PCGS. :)

Exactly, dont drink the koolaid. Yes, there maybe a few ogh morgans left that would upgrade. My experience has been that older NGC and even small white Anacs have example after example of undergraded Morgans just waiting for the early bird w an eagle eye to come along

Like the one that went from 64 to 66 on your undergraded slab thread? MAN!!!

I was going to say 64+ but I'd certainly have no qualms buying that coin in a 65 holder, let alone a 64.

Great looking coin. Also, I'm quite fond of your photography, Justin--up there with the best of 'em.

At least a 65. Most thought it was on the border of 66. Classically under graded coin. I would have bought it in a 66+ holder.
