That picture shows no luster. Please get a better picture. Based on that, lacking luster, I would say overdipped MS details.

I have glare issues with the slab and depth of field issues with tilts.

Better, but still kind of overdipped looking. The problem is your lighting. The coin just has that flat look.

 

I'll try again. It's definitely not a "luster bomb" but I will say it is not details graded for being dipped.

 

I know it isn’t. It is either a 63 or 64, but has an overdipped look.

I think it went MS62, too.

 

It could have. If he posts photos showing luster, I go with 63, due to the number of hits. It still has minimal luster, and is way overdipped, based on the pictures that I see.

My guess is MS-62. Too many bag marks to warrant a higher grade

 

Minimal hits in the fields, and I've seen worse cheeks.

 

Its probably much better in person,and that's what everyone says (to many bag marks).
