    I think they were tough on that one. The luster and eye appeal is real nice.
    The only thing that I thought really held it back from 66 was the gouge on her forehead. But it looks like ICG didn't like the strike quality it is a little weak above the ear and the eagles breast feathers.

    How long has ICG done "+" grades? Guess Ive never seen one on an ICG slab.

    I missed the forehead earlier. I like the assigned grade.

    The hair around the ear, is what keep the grade down ...

    I thought 64 I initially thought 65 until I saw the forehead

    Same here. The forehead mark is unusual.

    is that contact on the forehead? I assumed not when looking at it
