    If it's correctly cleaned, there is no issue, nothing to mention.

    Obviously sometimes light cleanings or old cleanings are winked at and given a straight grade, especially on earlier coins......

    @BJBII Good question. All I know is they a valued over $400 on Ebay (asking price ) . How do I get a better price for this ? I think i paid around $100 or something .

    @BJBII. No difference. NGC uses "improperly cleaned" and PCGS uses "cleaned".

    Sal, the asking price no way reflects anything, Look at the realised or sold prices for a more accurate reflection on current market trends

    When you are on a e-bay page for the coin in question, on the left side of the page is a series of options to tick. Scroll down til you get to sold items and tick it, the page automatically refreshes. From a quick glance, details coins of that type sell for considerably less than $200
