I would go AU-58 as well. I can see some light areas of rub in the high points. But with market grading and the nice color they probably graded it MS, so I think NGC went MS-63 on it.
My 1st thought was AU58 as well... 62/3 wouldnt shock me, as @Insider always preaches,it could go as high as 64 circa 2017
IMHO, this coin has practically (just a little less) the same amount of rub as your raw coin. Therefore it is technically an AU-58. However, AU's are now graded as Unc! The color is a plus. That said, I have no clue. LOL. They either graded it MS-62 or MS-63 with the color "bump."
Agree at AU 58 as there appears to be wear on the obverse. The face and the robe. I only have a photo to judge by, if that is determined to be a weak strike, then MS 62.
