I do believe each horde discovery is graded differently. The best one of the horde gets the 67, the worst the 62. All others fall somewhere between. After all, it's for sale or the grade and pedigree isn't needed.
The big reveal will be given between the hours of beer:30 and Miller time later on this evening.... The winner will be given bragging rights and an invisible trophy....
Not the best star I've ever seen but it IS a star.... Picked this up on the cheap from a fellow vammer Mr Brian Raines yesterday
Wow really. A star on that one? Is nice but I'd call it a garden variety 63 with a tiny bit of nice toning. Now this worth a star
I've seen a few other (star) head scratchers... Maybe I should start a new grading company that gives green star stickers for star worthy coins and yellow star stickers that are PQ star coins... And maybe a doo doo Brown star sticker for coins that got a star but don't actually deserve it
Wow, from the star to the rev out to hide the face scratch while "highlighting" the almost routine crescent that's entering terminal phase this is a good example of "pedigree bumping". Still a decent morgan though
I appreciate the depth of your emotion and have heard the term. My point was that there should be no link between the two, no matter how that linkage might find expression, say, for instance, like "market grading."
And that's how you should think I think. But still there are a lot of collectors who don't think. Therefore, they are not (...Descartes ).
