Hard time getting a feel for luster so I’ll go 64. I might go one higher if I saw in hand. Not seeing any consequencial marks. O dates notorious for weaker strikes

Tough call from these images but it looks like slight circulation friction on the obverse fields, AU58.
This is one of the Morgan Dollar issues that get real pricey in MS condition and I would think the TPG's would be less likely to let an AU coin slide into an MS label.

    MS63 - about $3,000.00
    MS64 - about $10,000.00
    MS65 - about $200,000.00

This is a tough group. AU58 to MS65. It is NGC Graded, so what did they say or is this a test?

MS64 but the obverse photo isn't very good, so I'm not sure.

This is one, as @Dave Waterstraat pointed out, that is beyond my pay grade in nice MS grades. Is that cheating at GTG? Just kidding!

I will admit that knowing the price structure influenced my guess. Way to go, looks nice for the grade.
