MS-66 Nice coin..... no dings on surface and there is no surface wear

Honestly, the surfaces look immaculate and the luster and eye appeal are both off the charts from that photo. The only thing that prevented me from saying MS67 was that the strike is a little soft in areas and many of the stars are incomplete.

BTW, very cool die clash on the reverse.

Morgandude11 As long as it's Silver, I'm listening

    66+ Green bean

An absolutely beautiful coin, with no issues whatsoever. That means that certain folks will grade it as AU 58, because of the average to slightly below average strike.

I usually don't respond to (but always look at) GTG threads, but I must say, what a beautiful example of this coin! And, it appears that both the obverse & reverse are slightly clashed. Nice acquisition!

Ms 65+. I see a few scattered small marks that keep it from higher. And even Doug Can’t argue it’s au. I see zero luster breaks. Pretty coin

Wow, gorgeous coin. I'm going with my first impression, MS68.

MS-65 minimum. It is very clean, so MS-66.

Is the TruView not telling us the complete story? I don’t see anything keeping it from a 66/66+ if it’s exactly as pictured.

For some reason though I want to guess UNC Details-Altered Surfaces (or even lightly cleaned).

A technical 58 that got dipped some time ago to make the worn high points on the reverse in particular blend in with the remainder of the surfaces, rather than contrasting with them.

I also think I see a patch of ultra light hairlines left of Miss Liberty which should limit this coin to MS63 but I think it got milked for ms65 with multiple submissions. A 66? . . . Not in my opinion.

Im limiting my grade to 65 due to the corrosion/verdegris on the obverse rim combined with its non-fantastic strike.
However, the clean surfaces and decent luster should get this coin into a gem holder fairly easily.

There’s a piece of something hanging on in the field just East of her left elbow.

    MS65.
