What grade is she now and did she go up or down a grade....

    almost bought this one a couple months ago but dealer wanted next grade money while I argued that if regraded it would lose a grade... Well the dealer recently sent her to be regraded with the understanding I would then buy her at list price... She's on her way to me now in her pretty new slab...

    Let's see what you guys think this one grades :D

    Yup yup.. down one.. My opinion is she was and is a 64 but I'm much happier paying the 63 price for the same coin :D

    The downgrade makes no sense to me. They used to say that if you bought a car made on Friday afternoon, when the workers were already focused on the weekend, you'd have more problems / errors - I wonder if this coin was graded on a Friday afternoon and the graders had moved on a bit from their immediate focus.
