PCGS originally graded this MS62 DMPL, in an older green holder. On a recent resubmission, this actually upgraded to an MS63+ DMPL. I thought it might be bit undergraded at 62, but was a bit surprised it got the plus due to the contact marks on the cheek. However, as @Mojavedave pointed out, the reverse is rather spotless and likely gave the coin that little bump.
62 thats awful low these deep mirror proofs get a higher grade then they should usually the grade for your coin sounds right.

I was going to go with MS64 DMPL. But, I was bumping up due to the gorgeous reverse. Do you have a closeup of the mintmark?
The mint mark looks similar to VAMs-13/34 but the surface in and around the bow does not match the listings. Could be the die was reworked at some point after this example was struck.
