So I went to visit my favorite dealer, he's only 5 minutes from my home. I must go in there every other day or so. LOL But he finally got some fresh inventory in. This one caught my eye immediately and I had to look it over. I asked him for his best price on it and he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse, so it came home with me.

You know, with the number of NGC graded coins I've been buying and posting lately, you would think I was a fan of NGC over PCGS. I'm not, I've just been liking the coins better. :)

    MS64. I wish I had a dealer that close, but then again, it's a good thing I don't.

Justin, the dies, as we'd say, are a little "past it." I think that will hold her down to MS64. Those late dies must make her surface "bounce" like the crazy, though! Nice pick-up. I love these superbly-struck '81-Ss!

It is in a new holder NGC MS-64PL. I think it appears solid for the grade and the fields are nice and flashy. At a price of $105.00, I couldn't turn it down. I'm a sucker for nice looking coins at a great price 1881-S-Morgan-Dollar-NGC-MS-64PL-Slab-Front.jpg 1881-S-Morgan-Dollar-NGC-MS-64PL-Slab-Back.jpg . :)
