    Fields have some PL characteristics. Not sure the reverse is all PL, but from your pics, I'm guessing the fields are deep and reflective.

    Tough to judge the luster breaks on the cheek and lower jaw. If they're not deep, I'd go MS65. They are a bit distracting in the pictures. I'd love to see this coin in-hand. From your pics, It's got frosty devices and nice mirrors.

    I'd go 64+ though maaaybe 65 and very possibly pl. Too much minor chicken scratching on the lower cheek / chin

    MS64PL but 65 would not shock me. Nice over-date and the polishing line through the wing spells V-6.

    65 PL. Reverse mirrors don't appear to be strong enough for DMPL, from what I see.

    CC's seem to have their own grading scale, though, so its possible the TPG put it in a 66 holder.
