GTG 1880 CC GSA Morgan

    For some reason TPG 's give GSA C C 's a pass and always seem they grade A point higher than what one would figure.

    Part of it is they don’t count against the luster/frost grazes which to me can be a huge eye appeal negative. If you remove all those the coins usually look like they should for the grade
