I’d try with pcgs as a reconsider. I also caught it was a business strike and with only 2 die pairs for the year many are proof like if unc or high au. Have you shown this one to Gerry Fortin? He’s a good friend of mine and we do a lot of business with each other. Me I’d be more concerned about the holder if it was a green label. I’d try to get it as a business strike on the label though as it’s a semi key in ms and not nearly as rare in proof. I’d stay with pcgs though

 

One more reason to try a crossover, stating this is die marriage 102 and must be an MS coin. NGC would certainly love to correct the mistake made by a competitor.
