    I was going to say 40 on this one. 45 should be pushing AU, and have some hints of luster, and I don't see it on this coin.

    Here's a 45 with a CAC sticker from a SB auction in 2015 (SB pictures). It also has nicer surfaces than the subject coin. The slab is scuffed up near the central reverse.

    The traces of luster are more apparent on the slab picture.

    I can see the obvious lack of continuity of the grading services. They are all over the place. With only seconds to view each coin, and being human, I can see a possible reason.
    PS. No hole at 12:00 on this one either. @C-B-D;):D

    I think they gave this one a gift. I said 35. Cause of the marks and a strong 35 just missing 40. I never saw 45 in this and I’ve had a lot of seated coins in this grade range. I look for them as they’re always a good sell if surfaces are good and a better date
