    Do what I did. Go to either PCGS or NGC. They have pictures of each variety they recognize. Try to match your coin to the one's they have certified.
    there is also a Reeded Edge Newsletter you can subscribe to.
    the letter is mentioned in just about every issue of the E-Gobrecht Journal. go to Liberty Seated Collector club page and look under Online Resources. james

    It’s very hard to attribute RE half dollars without an attribution guide.
