Nice half. Back in the day just a XF, but I would wager XF45 today. Well struck, which is good. The ribbon many times was weakly struck.
It appears to have the level of wear on the obverse that you would see on 30-35. The reverse does seem stronger around 40. It has some evidence of luster especially in the protected areas specifically around the stars. Some of the dirt in the crevices of the letters make me believe it had an old cleaning. If it straight graded I will guess 35 and was maybe netted down. If it’s a details grade I will go with XF details.
