Based on your pictures, I'm perplexed by that grade. My opinion may change in hand.

This and the other copper are sweet lookin' pieces man, the story for this one makes it worth much more in my opinion. Think about how it got tnere, who put it in the wall, and the fact that it was found the way it was....crazy awsome back stories.

Yup my friend Chris takes down houses. He showed me a jar of coins he had. Well literally a tin can. I bought this a conneticut copper and a spike chin 1804 half cent (he had 2) wanted to keep one. Most the rest low grade stuff British coins etc. except one coin he found in a ca 1770 house he was taking down. An oak tree shilling! I offered him a lot of money for it but he don't wanna sell it tho he gets constantly broke. Someday maybe!

When he's broke, take him out for beers and make him an offer! I've made some of my worst decisions when alcohol was involved!

Lol me too tho not about coins ;) he was pretty broke when he sold me these and a bunch of architectural salvage and trim he didn't really want to part with. He still owns the disassembled house frame the oak tree came from. I think that's why he's still holding on to it
