Seeing it on David's photo and somehow transferring it onto the OP's, so thanks to you and Pacecar for the pointing out what should have been obvious. My apologies…

You're free to your opinion, but seeing how WHITE the coin looks on the non-oxidized section and how bright the matte black is for the case itself, I'd assume that toning is near black. I can't see many people paying a premium for it, and if they did (due to eBay magic photos), the coin might get returned.

In any event, I stick by my original assessment of MS62. Heavy chatter + terminal toning would be MS62.5-... or MS62/MS61.5.

I won't play the game of "you're wrong, I am right" but it is a garden variety MS 63 GSA Morgan. It is not in the uncirculated case for obvious reasons--the dark appearing toning. However, from the quality of the photographs, it is IMPOSSIBLE to tell whether it is a pleasing rainbow, or terminal dark toning. They just don't show enough detail or decent enough lighting. If it is, indeed, rainbow toned, it could and may well command a premium, and without seeing the coin, or seeing photographs that illustrate the color more clearly, I won't make that decision or call.

Let's settle the argument - have the OP submit the coin. Whoever is correct gets bragging rights, the loser pays for the grading. If both are wrong, the cost is split down the middle.

I told the OP to NOT submit the coin. I really don't believe it's worthwhile, and I firmly stated that it would bring no value to the coin. In fact, my position was that the coin might be worth more ungraded than graded, specifically due to this subjective aspect of value.
