    I don't think you got robbed--I think that it is very close to PL. It was a judgement call on the part of NGC, and the standards for PL have gotten tighter and tighter. If I were grading that coin, I probably would have said Pl, as it is so close--once again, seeing it in hand confirms what photos cannot truly reveal.
