Thank you to Doug who has generously offered me helpful advice on the subject and takes the best photos of ancient coins, probably in the world. Thank you Doug for also pointing out this forum to me.</p><p><br /></p><p>My collecting interests are generally broad (probably due to lack of self-constraint) but I have a particular fondness for 1) Drachms and Tetradrachms in the name and types of Alexander III; 2) Sestertii with exceptional portraits; 3) recently, coinage in the name of Faustina I; and 4) recently, bronze coinage of Philip II of Macedon (horseman reverse) - I decided I will attempt to build a collection of every known control mark (if that is even possible).</p><p><br /></p><p>I look forward to meeting you on this forum.</p><p><br /></p><p>Here is a photo I took recently which I like.</p><p><br /></p><p>Regards,</p><p><br /></p><p>Peter[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
