@Trisia I’m with @MatrixMP-9. They look like nice circulated cents. Put them in a folder and enjoy your finds!

I have been collecting since 1948. I have a lot of 1960 era coins that I put in 2X2's back then and they still look fine today. The same for the plastic coin tubes. The pennies still look mint. IMHO Dansco folders will maintain a coin very well.

LOL! This is sitting next to me. Makes me feel like I might be doing something right!

I got the 2X2s and tubes at Amazon super cheap.

In my opinion I would purchase a simple Lincoln cent folder for common and lower grade cents you find. Any semi rare and rare cents put them in 2X2 paper and Mylar holders, don’t forget to press the staples flat with pliers, then put them in an album or 3 ring binder pages to keep them safe and accessible so you can enjoy them easily. These supplies are easy to find online or try eBay as much as they hate to say. Below are some examples of mine I just keep on filling up folders with lower grade Lincoln cents for fun. No value in them it’s just how I do it. I’ve been collecting Lincoln cents since 1969 and it’s my favorite coin in the lineup. Although I don’t do zinc Lincoln cents.

Welcome to CT by the way.

Welcome to CT. It's original. Very nice indeed. It was probably in someone's collection and was spent recently.

I was born in 1943. I have many steel cents in plastic tubes and 2X2's that look great. My mom should have put me in a 2X2. I might still look great.

That is what I call a woody as the planchet had some material mixing problems and gave the coin a wood grain appearance. It’s not anything that is valuable but they are fun!
