It is harder to find coins minted from San Francisco in circulation than coins from Philadelphia and Denver.

S mintmarks are especially difficult to find if you don't live on the Left Coast. I really really like getting S mintmarked wheaties.

And that was a pretty decent box. I went through $60 worth last night and the finds were ho-hum. At least there were several dimes to break the tedium.

That's pretty good. My last 10 boxes this week were pretty much garbage with the exception of one that had 31 wheats and a 1905 IH. I ended up pulling 110+ wheats but all but 6 were 40s and 50s. If I average 10 wheats a box I consider it a good box. Unfortunately the average part means I can go as high as 31 but also as low as 3(that was a tough box to get through). I'd take 17 any day of the week :)

Well I guess it's because I live on the left coast so they're easier for me to find.
