    Evil -

    The definition of uncirculated is this - a coin that shows no wear. And the definition has absolutely nothing to do with whether the coin actually was in circulation or not. That said, you can get an uncirculated coin in change at the grocery store.

    What Lehigh is talking about is an entirely different, but yet related, thing.
