    If you were wondering why I said that look at what you wrote (and I quoted). You said "had" instead of "hard". (They don't pronounce Rs in Boston - except sometimes when there is no "L".)

    How do you define "honest"?

    Yes, I think the TPGs grade ultra moderns on an arbitrary scale to limit the number of 70 coins (and make the market for slabbed ultra moderns in the process).
