    I'll go with 64. Maybe 65 if it has really nice luster. Not much chatter and only a few small hits.

    Pics make it a tough call. Instinct says it's probably low end MS-65.

    The thing that bothers me about this coin is that it seems to have almost a chip taken out of the metal at the back of neck. I can hardly believe that to be panachet marks. Also on the lower arch of the right wing (the eagles left our right).

    A bit of fading on the moon, small rim dings, bag marks. Very good luster, I like it, it's a keeper in my opinion. MS-65

    When you consider the mint never gave Ikes any love, this is a remarkably well struck coin. With the typical bag marks and muted luster which I attribute to the photograph and not the coin I voted MS 65.
