Nearly all (but not all) of this issue display this bagmark, --and yes pretty sure it is a contact mark, not an anomaly with the die. My belief is that the coins fell out of the press in such a way that nearly all have this same bag mark from being impacted by the next subsequently minted coin once ejected. </p><p><br /></p><p>The grading on these is highly subjective to begin with, with virtually none of those extant having ever circulated.
