It&#039;s below 69, where it starts to become more difficult. I would imagine that the grades would follow a path similar to that of MS coins. The more detracting marks, abrasions, etc. the lower the grade. If you have any 68&#039;s &amp; 69&#039;s of the same coin graded by the same TPGS, compare them to see how they differ.
