It's a nice looking Bicentennial but I don't think it would go higher than maybe AU-55/58. Lots of scratches on the obverse. Not worth more than FV IMO. Also, if you want more accurate grades from people, the coin should be taken out of the flop and shot in the proper orientation with most of the background removed as possible.
Do you want me to point out the small ones or the deeler more obvious ones in Washington's hair ear cheek forehead bust and shoulder. Some afe bag marks and that is why @physics-fan3.14 said 63 at best.
Welcome to CT! I agree with our fellow coin enthusiasts. Nice coin but a low MS coin at best. Worth face value. That said, if it's the best in your lot, keep it until another better specimen comes along. Also, watch for the DDO for that date/mm. That would be a fine coin to have in that state (your coin is not DDO).
High AU to low MS. The mint produced more than 860 million of these. Anything less than a high MS is pretty much face value.
