    hi William, Robert Ransom left a great link to a site that helps with learning how to grade coins. i just went to that page and by looking at the examples of your coin im gonna say your coin is between Good (G4) and Very Good (VG10). click on the above link Robert listed. click on Lincoln Wheat Ear Grading Lincoln Memorial Cent Grading. hope it helps man

    Worth around face value. Grade around a VG.
    1937 is a pretty common year for wheat cents.
