Grade this Franklin

    There is know way that will make a ms grade there is to much wear on the hair like i said the most it will get AU 50 to 58 sorry. The has to be strickly no trace o0f wear to make a Ms 60 grade

    Blooming luster is kind of a you-know-it-when-you-see-it descriptive term. It's just a term for high luster on a coin. If you've ever seen intense "cartwheel luster" on a high-grade Morgan dollar, you'll know what it is.

    Really, though, I've seen a lot of sellers (especially on eBay!) toss it around pretty generically.
