Can you get more specific on this, perhaps point out some areas on the pics where you see this? I'm just trying to learn something here. I no longer own the coin but I want to be able to tell if a coin has been cleaned for future purchases. I would never have thought this coin was cleaned from looking at it. It looked very frosty and clean, albeit not MS67 quality as advertised. How do you clean a coin and still have it look like that? All the clean coins I've seen have a dull appearance or have marks.

    Keh,
That coin doesn't have any apparent hairlines, or even anything that resembles them, the luster is original and frosty, your coin is fine IMO.

That coin was dipped or sprayed.Spraying is the newest thing going.I throw out a professional secret to you in saying that true luster does not have all the colors that are present in this picture.Prismal colors on a 90, 10 coin have a distinct shade and according to this picture of the coin the blues are too light to be natural. When I began at NGC I learned these color patterns through the heating of the coin with a butane torch. To understand what I am talking about you would need to do this. For more detail please contact me at bayonnepd103@aol.com

Sprayed with what? Sorry dude, you're losing me here. I agree with Zaneman, having held the coin in my hand.
