   Morgan1878 For A Few Dollars More..

   I,m going to depart from the consensus..I think there's too much wear on this coin to grade it at EF-40...I'd grade it no higher than VF-30.
   
   Specifically, too much wear on reverse on wings and breast to stretch it to EF.
