I agree, and often beginning collectors (not you but perhaps some of those reading this thread) get so hung up on looking for wear on the high points that rub in the field is overlooked. If there is rub in the field and notable changes in luster, then this would be an indication of circulation as well. Based on the images, the coin could be mint state, but it can't be guaranteed without seeing the piece in hand or having better photos to examine the luster.
