I agree , it's about a 64 . Kind of hard to tell with those pics though .

Too hard to tell. Pics don't really show a lot of luster, so it could be 55, 58, or 64-65. It is certainly well-struck, though. I don't see evidence of wear, so I'd lean toward 64 as well.

I think it could be AU-58 due to mishandling, not from circulation other than a week or so. I see slight rub on the high points which makes me suspicious. If uncirculated, MS-64.

I personally do not like the dark grey tone, not that I think its fake but it makes m nervous as to what is underneath it.

Those photos tell me to run away. AU at best, problem coin at worst.

If the price is right, why not? If the price is over $10 shipped, I'd keep right on walking.

I might see a glossy shine indicative of a cleaning....?
There are nicer examples to be had in my opinion :)

Do the new pics change your mind. They don't for me. I went ahead and pulled the trigger and bought this. I'm happy with it, I over paid, but I like it. I had a good idea of the the grade before I bought it (I felt AU at best), but I just liked it.

It may be one of those coins that sat in a velvet coin tray or an older coin holder that may have taken on wear from it being moved around or pulled in and out to view. There are a couple of dings though that make me think it was more likely from circulation. I personally think @coinman1234 nailed this one.

Congrats coinmain1234, you get bragging rights.
