I've been slowly putting together a collection of classic commems, and have a mixture of slabbed and unslabbed coins.
I wanted some opinions on the grades of the unslabbed ones I have. As these don't have their own listings on photograde or the common books, I find it a bit hard to determine how much I should pay and what I should generally be looking for when I come across them.

These pics are taken with a phone camera with a loupe held to it by hand, so suggestions on how to improve the photos are welcome as well.

Please limit your questions to one or two coins per post. You will get better and more answers. Having said that, here are my observations.

The Albany appears to be have been run over with a mild abrasive, like backing soda. It had Mint Stats sharpness, but looks dull.

The Iowa appears to be Mint State with some light marks. I would say
    MS-64.

The Bay Bridge has some marks on the obverse. I would say MS-63.

The California half dollar has many circulation marks. I would say AU-50.
