Grade on toned 1830 Capped Bust Half?

    Would be helpful to get a grade opinion on this 1830 (small 0) Capped Bust Half?

    AU something. And the toning is nice enough to add interest and value.

    AU-55 at least. It could be an AU-58 if the luster under the toning is strong.

    I'd call it AU-55, and say that it is extremely attractive from those pictures. I'd be curious to see how the fields actually look (the luster is minimized in these pictures to show the toning).

    Without reading the other responses I thought it was a 45-50. A really great looking coin.
