I would personally put it at AU Details cleaned. Most of the original luster has been stripped off of this coin. The amount of luster left would be equal to that of an EF coin, yet the details are a bit stronger than EF would support.
AU-58, cleaned. BTW, note that every detail that was on the die is on this coin. IMHO, it cannot grade EF by any stretch of the imagination. The coin is closer to MS-60 than to AU-50.
I have a really hammered MS63 example, and this one has significant wear on the high points on both faces. Just the scope of apparent wear alone without the level of wear taken into effect would cap it at AU55. Maybe at best an AU53, but 58? No way.
