Not "kinda" subjective, more like "completely" subjective. Despite the brightness of the color, the fact that it isn't "original" makes me feel it'd be called RB. To my mind, that's a feature, not a bug, and I like the coin better than I would a Red version of the same. There are only three visible marks on the whole coin. I'd call it "MS64 with a big smiley face" or "average MS65." I voted 65RB.
This one is really hard. The Cheekbone, Jaw, and hair above the ear all seem to indicate wear. That would put it firmly in the AU-58 category. However, I see no trace of wear in the fields or on the reverse. With no wear, I'd grade it 64. If I had it in hand, I'd rotate it under the light and see how the luster behaves on the cheek and jaw. If it's unbroken, it's UNC. If it's broken, its AU. I really just can't tell from these pics. It is an attractive coin, either way, however.
I have it graded MS64RB also, but this one isn't going in for grading, it is going in my album collection so it's all good.
I see you talk a lot about your high-grade Jeffersons. If this is the quality you're putting into your album.... I'd like to see a bit more of that!
