Wow. That's a bad looking 65 then. Luster can make up for a lot but it can't hide those things.
The guy grading it must've been in a particularly good mood that day.
I think I've found cleaner examples in circulation come to think of it.

 

I like to have several examples of a certain grade as reference. If I was cherrypicking, this would not be the cherry chosen.
