At least partially. You see back around &#039;03-&#039;04 I built a spreadsheet recording the grades for Bust Half dollars from both NGC and PCGS. I still have that spreadsheet. It can be used to compare how many of what existed then - as compared to how many exist today.</p><p><br /></p><p>Then there&#039;s this other little thing, it&#039;s a book published by NGC back in 2004. It contains the population reports.</p><p><br /></p><p>So all that remains is to do a comparison or two. Do you have direct access to the two sets of pop reports ? I do not.
