Grade Guarantee, Who does it ?

I'm sure all is going to work out for you, and that you will be most successful. Earlier in this thread I stated that I dealt with a dealer who guaranteed his unslabed coins would grade equal to or higher if one were to send them into a TPG. After reading some of the replies to this thread I thought I'd better go back and check his site to make sure I wasn't seeing things. Couldn't find what I was looking for till this morning:

As always, we guarantee that any raw coins we sell will
certify to the grade advertised or better
