Could be just moved metal but it is fairly large and a lot of metal, and a Unusual die crack and IDB maybe a LIB variety below and between the I and B of Liberty.</p><p>EDIT: I am rethinking that it could be a retained lamination because of the bulge below the LI and attaches at a single crack to the rim above LI.
