I sent this &#039;17-D 65RB back to PCGS for a regrade, using their Secure Plus service when it was first announced. I was hoping it might earn 66RB. Instead it came back 65RD!</p><p><br /></p><p>I shared the results with some dealers and collectors I respect and most questioned the call but several said it was a legitimate RD, and that they&#039;d seen others of that era with a similar look. I am not convinced.
