The lamination looks better in hand. The seller didn't mention the lamination in the description. I think that's one reason the bidding didn't go higher. I got it for the 1936 for $12.95 shipped. Was that a good deal?
Most graining does not increase the price, but a green stripe one might. I have no idea what the lamination does.

As you can see, I don't post very often, but this is my favorite thread. I look in everyday. I have found that I seem to be able to get woodys at either a discount and certainly without a premium. Woodys seem to alway get a lower grade from PCGS and NGC than they should.
Here's a couple of my own that I've found searching bags and bags and bags and bags of wheat cents. From mild to wild, here we go!
Sorry, but most woodys not only do not command a premium, but sell at a discount. Now that one is late enough that you could probably get something like 50¢ for it. So I guess that would qualify as a premium in this case.
