But I would think that if there was a 2 under the 3 , more&nbsp; of it would show along the bottom of the 3, I&#039;m not sure if the 3 on a War nickel has the strange top like yours since I have nothing to compare it to in hand.</p><p>So as a newbie I would try to do as much research as I could, if I was STILL convinced it was a rare anomaly I might consider sending it to a TPG to see how it would be graded if at all.
