Here are my coins. I know you don't have the conditions so lets assume CIRCULATED and fair-good. Regular condition like you get them from the bank or something. If anyone can give me a range that would be awesome! Thanks

    1943 Liberty Half.
    7 1964 halves
    2 1965 halves
    6 1966 halves
    18 1967 halves
    23 1968 halves
    5 1969 halves
    6 1776-1976 halves

    7 x 1776-1976 $1 Eisenhower coins
    2 1971 Eisenhower $1 coins
    8 1972 Eisenhower $1 coins
    2 1974 Eisenhower $1 coins
    3 1978 Eisenhower $1 coins

    7 Liberty/Mercury dimes (1922, others are 43' I believe)
    22 silver dimes (years vary)

    2 1939 buffalo nickels ($8 a piece?)
2 Indian Nickels (one is 1929 other has no year, it said .25 or so for the 1929)

I also have around 200 wheat pennies. I haven't taken a year at the years really but most are around the 50's. I've found a handful in the 1910's. Any rule of thumb I can go by with those? And I'm just looking for approximations so I know roughly.

    Thanks for the help!

the 43 and 7 64 halves are worth about $6 apiece. The halves from 65 to 69 are worth about $2.40 apiece. I am not positive on your Eisenhower coins but unless they have silver in them they would be worth face value. The silver dimes are worth about 1.20 each. Buffalo nickels are not worth much maybe 25 to 50 cents each if they have dates on them. Wheat pennies go for about 3 cents for the ones from the 50's. The older ones would be more. Especially if they are S mint. Depends on condition also.

Thanks for the response! That exactly what someone just told me on the 64" halves and the silver value which is about $6. The 2 of the 1939 nickels looked like they went for $8 a piece online or so. I could be easily overlooking something though. I know the Indian Heads didn't look like much at all. Thanks again

1939D is a better coin for value but it would have to be XF or so to be worth $8

A well worn Lincoln is worth, 5 to 7 cent to a dealer. Unless it is a key date.
Do you own any Red books?
A guide to Lincoln cents is a good one, produced by Whittman publishing.
