    Far and away the scarcest of the modern British £2 coins. Two versions were produced of these Royal Mint Trial coins in 1994: the slightly more common bimetallic one, which fetches around GBP 50 now; and this mono-metallic one. I have heard they can fetch over GBP 1000 now!

    I do like them. Especially turtle boats :) I spent 5 weeks over there studying at Kyunghee University in Seoul a couple of years ago and snapped up whatever I could get my hands on. That's my only turtle boat though. :(
    I like those mint sets. Too bad they didn't do a mint set for 1984 or I'd be all over that.
