I know what @goldcollector would say, since he posted an item for sale on CT and after cashing my check for $115 never sent the coins and has pretty much gone ghost.
His attitude is (rather bluntly) ya don't excrete where ya eat........does nothing for the ethics issue though. Do the right thing OP. Return the coins. They're really not yours, as you didn't order them as such.
That's what it's all about and it don't matter what side of the table you are on. You build trust and problems seem to always work out.
I would call the company and ask them to send me a box with prepaid shipping, insurance, and tracking label, and then send the graded proofs back to them. I would also let them know that I am not happy with the delay in receiving my correct order of bullion coins. TC
So another name to add to the international "NO DEAL" blacklist, I see. I was serious. Info on people who don't deal in good faith is spread far and wide. As I said before, this post has been informative for me at the least.
As much as I appreciate the head-up, doxing is a tricky thing on the internet. The name is probably ok, but the address should likely be removed immediately.
I don't think that's the first time I've seen that name...but not the same handle. Maybe even not the same message board. Name and city are sufficient. Doxxing can be pretty darn uncool---and most names aren't totally unique.
Small world, that’s about 12 miles from my door step. Doxxing a bitch but ripping someone off for $115 is much much much worse. Ha. I hope robots put him on every mailing list........FOREVER!
NG - the postal service won't sell insurance or tracking # as a pre-paid service - the parcel must be sealed and ready to mail + presented at the P.O. front window for insurance and tracking - the company should pre-pay the basic postage with a label that looks like this:
Addresses have no business being in complaint posts. Read the news on someone sending a swat team to an anonymous address. That could be you.
I don’t disagree with the spirit of what you are saying...but I don’t think CT is the right place for it. That’s just my opinion.
