<p>[QUOTE=&quot;Brocster, post: 52436, member: 2744&quot;]Hi David!</p><p><br /></p><p>I know this situation must be frustrating for you... especially because you <u>still</u> just want your 10 sets of P &amp; D buffalo nickels.&nbsp; Just out of curiosity, were your e-mail messages to the seller sent through eBay or directly from your e-mail account to the seller&#039;s?&nbsp; I only ask because I&#039;ve seen a couple of situations where e-mail messages I received from a seller through eBay came from <u>one</u> e-mail address, and then shipping notification/updates came from <u>another</u> address.&nbsp; Sometimes people don&#039;t keep up with all of their various e-mail addresses on a regular basis.</p><p><br /></p><p>Also, have you tried calling the seller?&nbsp; If you don&#039;t have his number, you can request the &quot;contact information&quot; from eBay.&nbsp; You&#039;ll receive an e-mail message (from eBay) with the seller&#039;s name, address and phone number.&nbsp; This might also be a good idea because, when you request contact info for another member, eBay sends <u>your</u> contact info to that individual as well (with some kind of message that you initiated a request for the seller&#039;s contact info).&nbsp; That way, the seller will be doubly aware of the fact that you are trying to get in touch with him.</p><p><br /></p><p>Finally, when I took a look at the feedback that the seller has left for others, I noticed that the last date he posted feedback was <b>May 17</b> -- a day <u>before</u> you sent your first e-mail message.&nbsp; He hasn&#039;t made a bid or listed any new auctions (as far as I can tell with my limited eBay searching abilities) since May 17.&nbsp; So, indeed, he might be on vacation or away (at least from eBay and/or the Internet).&nbsp; I know that doesn&#039;t resolve <u>your</u> situation (in wanting to get your P &amp; D nickel sets), but I think you might want to give this one a little more time before you post any negative or neutral feedback.&nbsp; After all, you still have plenty of time to neg the guy... if you wish.&nbsp; Check out his &quot;Left for Others&quot; feedback during the coming week or two.&nbsp; If you see that he <u>has</u> left feedback (which means that he has logged onto eBay and so has Internet access) but he hasn&#039;t responded to you, <u>then</u> you can decide if you want to give him a negative or neutral.</p><p><br /></p><p>Hopefully, everything will get resolved soon!&nbsp; <img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie1" alt=":)" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" /></p><p><br /></p><p>- Andrew[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
